Blunders' Chess.com import feature accesses publicly available game data through the Chess.com public API. By using this feature, you confirm that you are the owner of the Chess.com username you provide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Chess.com.
The AI Coach feature is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete.
Important: AI Coach responses are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional coaching or guaranteed advice. Always apply your own judgment when making decisions about your chess development.
Blunders displays advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads help us keep the core app free. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad behaviour is governed by Google's advertising policies.
All content, design, branding, code, and features of Blunders — including but not limited to the Blunders name, logo, and interface — are the intellectual property of Blunders and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Blunders is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blunders and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Blunders at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
