Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Game data, analysis results, and account information are stored in Firebase Realtime Database and Authentication services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Blunders uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — authentication and data storage.
• Chess.com API — to fetch your game history when you link your username (read-only, public data).
• Chess-API.com — for position evaluation and engine analysis.
• Google AdMob — for serving advertisements within the app.
• Anthropic Claude API — to power the AI Coach feature.

Children's Privacy

Blunders is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
